The effective study of conditions and directions for the spatial development of the Kaweczyn Commune was adopted by a Resolution No. XXXI/299/V/... of the Kaweczyn Commune Council on .. January 2.... On 20 November ..., the Kaweczyn Commune Council adopted a Resolution No. XLI/612/VI/... on the preparation of an updated Study of conditions and directions for the spatial development of the Kaweczyn Commune.

The study defines in general terms the spatial policy and local development rules. It presents the directions and prospects for the development and spatial policy of the city. It does not constitute an act of local law (it is not a basis for issuing administrative decisions), nevertheless, the adopted local spatial development plans must be consistent with the provisions in the Study.
